Safair Operations, operating as , has a vacancy for a GRV Suspense Assistant at our head office in Bonaero Park.
The successful applicant will report to the Warehouse Manager.
– Collaborate with procurement staff to list expected deliveries;
– Ensure invoices are signed and paid for satisfactory deliveries;
– Maintain accurate records;
– Reconcile materials received against invoice quantities;
– Ensure all Purchase orders and/or invoices are coded correctly to a Project/Short code;
– Perform three-way matching between GRN, Supplier Invoice, and PO to check if you have received the order correctly and if there aren’t any discrepancies;
– Ensure if any discrepancies exist, the invoice will be put on hold;
– Communicate discrepancies to the buyer and the Procurement Manager;
– Forward all invoices to Finance for payment;
– Ensure all appropriate documents right from purchase requests to approved invoices are stored in a centralized location.
– Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel;
– Minimum of 1-year experience in similar position
MS Office essential,
– Immaculate time keeping;
– Excellent communication skills both written and verbal;
– Fundamental recording and basic math abilities;
– Keen eye for detail;
– Aptitude in decision-making and problem solving;
