We are looking to hire a hard-working, customer-oriented Floor Assistant to ensure the smooth running of in-store retail operations.
The Candidate will provide assistance directly to customers and should demonstrate effective communication skills and achieve exceptional customer service at all times.
Duties And Responsibilities
– Addressing customer complaints and inquiries
– Providing shopping advice and recommendations to customers
– Cleaning and rearranging the store after hours
– Collaborating with other team members to keep the sales floor area clean and organized
– Identify the needs of customers and make suitable recommendations, thereby increasing sales
– Arranging and labeling goods in the display shelves
– Directing customers in finding the products in store
– Strong team spirit
– Excellent verbal and oral communication skills
