Job Description
Tsebo Facilities Solution is looking for a Filing, Scanning & Admin Clerk who will be responsible to scan document accurately and maintaining the records according to ISO requirements and provide administrative support.
Duties And Responsibilities
– Binding
– Collect documentation to be bound and return timeously
– Ensure that bound documents are sent with couriers timeously
– Photocopying
– Ensure that the document/ books etc to be photocopied are done and if need be punched, stapled and bound, and returned to recipients timeously
– Ensure that photocopier and printer toners are replaced timeously to prevent delays
– Filing and Archiving
– File research documents, annual reports. Interim reports and circulars in a methodical fashion
– Maintenance of Library filing system by ensuring that deal files are appropriately stored and old deal files archived through Metrofile
– Shredding
– Ensure that shredding bins are cleared and contents shredded daily and that confidential documents are shredded accordingly

Admin Clerk Job Requirements
– Matric
– 1 – 2 years general administration experience
– Computer literacy on MS Office Packages (MS Word, Excel and Lotus Notes)
