Drive Field Sales team productivity through effective management of sales tools, innovation and delivery of productivity initiatives. Ownership of field sales development program, DP depletions, customer master file and mapping with Insights team, coverage plans, recording, reporting, and general administration.

Sales tool Management ( Drive & Wingtips )

Total management & ownership of Field Force Apps & communicating with HQ on development roadmap
Trouble shoot basic APP issues
Call cycle management
Trainings when requested

Customer Master File/Call Cycle Management

Overall ownership, analysis & maintenance

Field sales development program managment

Total ownership of the BULLpen project
Liaising with field marketing to ensure we have an aligned, productive and motivated pool of student marketeers that could step into Striker roles
Guiding the Strikers through the process to enable them to sharpen there skills of people management
Managing the Striker/student marketeer relationship as well as the RFM/ Striker relationship


Provide the field sales teams with the instruments needed to drive better in store execution and tools on which to manage their teams more strategically

Your areas of knowledge and expertise

• Higher commercial degree/ University Degree (business, marketing or similar) Formal Excel Training / advanced experience a must
• >5 years experience in FMCG sector
• Analytical skills – sees connections in data and translates them into meaningful sales/ productivity initiatives
• Experience as field sales rep / striker or within front line selling – 1 year+
• Competent IT skills, especially of Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent time management and organization skills
• Ability to manage a varied and complex agenda on a daily basis and a passion to deliver against tight deadlines.
• Generates innovative ideas, fresh perspectives and creative solutions that add value
• Gives constructive, actionable feedback to help people improve their performance
• Fluent in written & spoken English. EDV (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.) and experience with Field Force automation
• Self-Driven and ability to work on your own
