Direct Sales Agent | Smollan

Description
We’re on the lookout for an experienced a Direct Sales Agents to focus on aggressive direct to consumer sales and achieving defined targets.

As a Direct Sales Agent you will be responsbile for
▪ Meet and exceed monthly sales and activity targets
▪ Follow up on new leads and referrals
▪ Capture sales on Client and Smollan platforms
▪ Daily check-in and alignment with Regional Sales Leader on targets, activity etc.
▪ Represent Smollan and Client to the highest standards at all times including uniform, kit, marketing material etc.
▪ Adhere to all Smollan and Client policies at all times
▪ Attend Smollan and Client training sessions as needed
▪ Attend and contribute to daily, weekly feedback sessions
▪ Complete daily and weekly reporting on various platforms
▪ Record competitor activity and Field activities
▪ Facilitate sales and installations (as and when needed)
▪ Attend Team sales activations as and when scheduled

▪ Matric
▪ Skills in problem solving
▪ Ability to take and follow instruction
▪ Ability to communicate professionally in English and local/regional vernacular language
▪ Ability to understand the Customer’s needs and offer the right product/service
▪ Ability to work independently and with a team
▪ Understands and supports the Client/product/service

Additional Requirements
▪ Must be able to work in a door-to-door sales environment as required by the client
▪ Must be able to work closely with Regional Leaders/Installations Teams to achieve objectives

Previous work experience
