Dialler Administrator : NedBank

Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Uploading campaign data onto dialler daily
  • Providing agent activity reports
  • Providing team performance report
  • Daily weekly monthly performance
  • Monitoring of dialler – campaigns, staff and speed adjustments
  • Updating team of volumes
  • Assisting staff with system issues e.g. remote access requests

Requirements

  • Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate
  • 2 years experience in credit collection of which 1 year should preferably have been in a banking/financial environment.
  • Excel – intermediate experience
  • Basic understanding of Avaya PC5 dialler and loading of campaigns
  • Banking knowledge

  • Governance, Risk and Controls
  • Relevant regulatory knowledge
  • Relevant software and systems knowledge
  • Negotiation skills
  • Product Knowledge
