Duties and Responsibilities
- Uploading campaign data onto dialler daily
- Providing agent activity reports
- Providing team performance report
- Daily weekly monthly performance
- Monitoring of dialler – campaigns, staff and speed adjustments
- Updating team of volumes
- Assisting staff with system issues e.g. remote access requests
Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate
- 2 years experience in credit collection of which 1 year should preferably have been in a banking/financial environment.
- Excel – intermediate experience
- Basic understanding of Avaya PC5 dialler and loading of campaigns
- Banking knowledge
- Business terms and definitions

- Relevant regulatory knowledge
- Relevant software and systems knowledge
