Job Description:

The Customer Service Support role at Henkel involves providing assistance to the Customer Service team in their daily operational activities. This includes performing administrative tasks such as sending invoices, proof of deliveries, and creating customer service reports. The role also requires proactive communication with customers and the business regarding product availabilities and out of stocks. Additionally, the role involves reporting on service levels and non-delivery reasons. The Customer Service Support is responsible for maintaining strong relationships with various departments such as Supply Chain, Marketing, and Sales. They are also responsible for managing local and export orders from creation to invoicing, engaging in customer negotiations, handling exporting documentation, and dealing with invoice disputes and customer complaints.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Previous experience in customer service or a similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Knowledge of supply chain processes is a plus
