Counter Sales : Pelican Systems

Job Description

  • The purpose of this position is to maintain high customer service levels through accurate
  • timeous processing of customer orders.
  • To increase sales and promote Pelican Products.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Receive and process orders from customers

• Coordinating deliveries

• Telesales to secure orders

• Follow through on sales leads

• Timeously resolve customer queries

• Increasing sales through the promotion of products

• Ensure strict adherence to procedure and maintain accurate documentation

Requirements

• Grade 12

• Previous sales or customer service related experience

• Experience in the building industry and or product knowledge advantageous

• Computer Literacy including word, excel, outlook, Syspro (advantageous)

• Sales / Marketing qualification would be advantageous

• Good communication skills

• Customer focused attitude

• Good selling skills

• Ability to work under pressure

• Maintaining accurate documentation

• Target driven
