Job Duties/Responsibilities will include:
Able to take minutes of a meeting

Diary handling and liaison with Trustees and Board members.

Preparation of meeting documents – Agenda, Status Report, compilation of the entire package of documents, follow-up of tasks to be carried out.

General admin and filing ad hocs

Candidate Requirements/ Experience :
Grade 12

Diploma will be advantageous

Minimum of 3 years experience as a PA.

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Time management skills

Ability to multitask

Attention to detail
