Job Description To develop, implement, monitor business process improvement and automation initiatives, aligned to the Cash Shared Services (CSS) Blueprint and Group guidelines in order to improve business efficiencies across CSS, enable a continuous improvement culture, and ensure standardisation & quality assurance.
