Contact Centre Learnership – NQF PWD Project

Job Description:
An opportunity has become available for a Contact Centre Learnership for people living with a disability.
The qualification received at the end of the Learnership is a National Certificate: Wholesale and Retail Operations NQF Level 2.

Requirements:
– Confirmation of Diagnosis of Disability done by a medical practitioner
– Applicants do not need Grade 12 but will need Grade 10
– No experience required
– Successful candidates are permanently placed in the Contact Centre

– Excellent customer relations and people skills
– Excellent communication skills and writing skills
– The ability to work independently, in a fast paced environment
– Accuracy and attention to detail
– An ability to focus and concentrate
– Proactive, self-motivated and flexible
– Problem solving skills
– Basic PC skills
– Applicants must be able to work shifts and weekends and should have access to reliable transport (8.00am – 9.00pm rotational shifts).
