Duties and Responsibilities
- Handle telephone queries.
- Record all calls received.
- Attend to all claims queries received for the Funds.
- Utilising the documents system correctly (Oculus).
- Basic understanding of MIBFA funds
- Posting and faxing requested documents.
- Forward queries to departments and give feedback to members.
- Assisting companies with the electronic submission of contributions
Requirements
- Grade 12 with English and Afrikaans
- Call Centre Certificate (advantageous)
- Good attendance and Reliability
- MS Office – Intermediate to advanced (Skills will be tested)
- 1+ years of call centre/ customer service experience.
