The Contanct Centre Agent will be responsible for multiple Customer Service related functions.
Contact Centre Agent Duties And Responsibilities
– Logging De, re and repair cases, following up until completion
– Maintaining database administration requests once received, this is for all Netstar systems
– Focusing a lot on Client unit health
– Maintain a 80/20 Inbound call ratio
– Make outbound calls to retrieve availability for repairs
– Attend to any Ad-hock report / requests received
– On and Offboarding of new / old Client / Vehicles
Entry Level Contact Centre Agent Job Requirements
– National Certificate Level 4 (N4) / Grade 12
– No experience
