- Westvillle based brokerage seeks an experienced claims administrator with excellent claims experience or underwriting experience
Duties and Responsibilities
- Claims administrator will perfom various administrative duties related to insurance claims, as well as review billing and payments.
- This position will suit a candidate with good experience in short-term insurance company and a candidate who enjoys forming strong personal relationship with clients. This brokerage specialises in all classes of short-term and long term insurance ranging from large Industrial and Commercial risks to Domestic/Personal insurance.
Requirements
- Matric
- At least 3 years’ experience in a short-term insurance claims administrative role
- FAIS compliance will be an advantage
- MS Office – proficient
- Detail-orientated and strong administrative skills
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to offer exceptional customer service.
