Job Description
- We are looking to recruit a Claims Consultant.
- The consultant will be responsible for managing claims assigned to them, with the set standards required. Would need to maintain the standard of the claims department.
Duties and Responsibilities
- To evaluate all claims received.
- maintain a high level of service to the customers according to SLA.
- Effective and timeous communication.
- To communicate with client, insurer and advisors and respond to all internal and external queries within SLA.
- Register all claims within SLA.
- Ensure strong working relationships between insurers/clients/advisors.
Requirements
- Having previous experience with System A (tial) and MMX definitely an advantage.
- Needs to have personal and commercial lines claims experience across all insurers.
