About the Role:
The iStore Online Cellular team are looking for dedicated and passionate cellular sales consultants to join their growing team! This individual will be responsible for contract selling and achieving sales targets within the iStore Online Cellular team.
Main focus and objectives are:
- Execute all iStore selling points to conclude each sale
- Achievement of set sales targets
Educational Requirements:
- Matric
Work Experience Required:
- Minimum 2 years Retail Sales Experience/ Call centre experience
- Minimum 1 year Cellular Industry Experience (MTN, Vodacom, Telkom)
Responsibilities:
Customer Service
- Provide world-class customer service for the iStore
- Actively participate in remedial action plans and focus areas as communicated from time-to-time
- Resolve any customer complaints and address concerns
Sales Performance
- Achievement of all individual sales targets.
- Achieve personal sales conversion rates. (Outbound)
- Manage quotations process for the iStore.
- Maximizes ability to close sales and up sell – skill
- Meet SEED and ASTA requirements
- Ensure active access to all relevant systems and platforms
Stock
- Execute stock allocation and control process
- Execute issuing, returns & repairs
- Execute stock ageing according to set principles
- Ensure SF case status up to date
- Accuracy of stock allocation
Compliance
- Daily Papertrail document submissions
- Deliver any relevant information relating to compliance investigations
- Proactively identify risk or fraud & gaps in our workflow that may pose a risk to the business and ensure all risk mitigation procedures are followed
- Ensure that customer documents are managed in a manner that ensures all information is stored safely and securely
Team Administration
- Ensure that all administrative systems are operational
- Utilise daily reports to carry out required case updates
- Meet all administrative deadlines and requirements
- Actively partakes in team meetings and communication to receive all relative information
