Call Centre Sales Agents – ClearLeaf

We are looking for Call Center Sales Agents that will be the liaison between our client's company and it's current and potential customers. The successful candidate must be able to work under pressure, be sales drive, good work ethic, and will be able to accept ownership for effectivbely solving customer issues, complaints and inquiries, keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behaviour.

Duties and responsibilities:
– Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
– Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
– Identify customers needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
– Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
– Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by doing the extra mile
– Keep records of all conversations in the call centre database in a comprehensive way
– Frequently attend training to improve knowledge and performance levels
– Meet personal / team quantitive and qualitative targets
– Qualifications
– Minimum Grade 12
– Regulatory Exams (RE5) – preferred but not essential
– Excellent interpersonal skills;
– Outgoing, professional and presentable;
– Motivated, independent and energetic

Salary: Commission only (Earning potential R3 000 – R12 000 per month)
