Travel & Tourism Diploma Relevant Tourism experience
Minimum two years Contact Centre Experience
Excellent command of the English language both written and spoken Strong background in reservations or sales, travel company preferred
Technical Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft word, Microsoft Power-point
