Duties & Responsibilities:

· Make/receive quality calls from Monday to Friday (08h00 to 16h30)

· Be goal orientated, target driven and ethical at all times

· Provide strategic solutions and identify opportunities

· Be punctual with willingness to learn & be coached

· Be computer literate with basic understanding of Microsoft Office

· Must be able to converse professionally and follow instructions

· Treat Customers Fairly and adhere to rules and regulations
