Qualification Required
▪ Grade 12/Standard 10/NQF 4
▪ RE 5

Minimum Experience
▪ Exposure to the broker or dealer servicing environment
▪ Minimum of 2 years of broker/dealer sales or administration and client services.

Deliverables include, but will not be limited to
▪ Attend to incoming queries either telephonic or via email from both Brokers and Broker Admin staff
▪ Assist with support queries for brokers
▪ Provide brokers with constant feedback on queries

Competencies Required
▪ Grade 12/Standard 10/NQF 4
▪ RE 5
▪ Above average computer literacy in MS Word and Excel
▪ Above average numeric skills
▪ Analytical
▪ Must be highly proficient in dealing with clients at all levels
▪ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
▪ Fluent in English & another SA Language – both verbal and written
▪ Attention to detail
▪ Self-motivated
