Branch Administrator : Servest

Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Responsible for rostering and posting of guards to site
  • Responsible Wage and Salary administration for the branch (leave forms, sick leave, annual leave, increase and bonuses)
  • Responsible for capturing of hours worked by guards
  • Effective communication to Operation and Area Managers
  • Overall general sales admin support to the branch
  • Ordering of stationery
  • Responsible for ordering of uniform and equipment
  • Record keeping of all signed contracts with new and existing clients – client files
  • Document archiving and control (including office filing)
  • Assist with general branch admin duties i.e. UIF, Department of labour queries
  • Building and Maintaining relationships with the clients
  • Report Writing – Complete all Monthly Reports

Requirements 

  • Professional individual required that can provide and maintain a high level of administrative service and quality in the branch
  • Grade 12 & and Computer Literacy is a must
  • Microsoft Excel and Word at Intermediate level
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and must be customer orientated
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
  • Clear criminal record
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills – administrative duties
  • Minimum 2 years easy roster and administration experience
  • Ability to work efficiently while under pressure – ability to multitask.
  • Easy Roster Experience (Essential)
  • Administration Experience in a corporate environment (Advantageous)
  • Security Industry Experience (Advantageous)
