Purpose of the role:

A branch administrator oversees the operations of a branch of a company as an assistant to the manager. In this career, your job duties may include monitoring the proper operation of the facility, handling the daily accounting duties, and performing various administrative functions.

  • Adjustments
  • Manuals
  • Returns
  • Refunds
  • Maintain and ensure Customer database is up to date
  • Provide general support to Senior Staff members.
  • Keeping Success Tracker up to date
  • Creating and maintaining Google Drive Folders
  • Research new deals with suppliers. Ii.e stationery, staff refreshments etc
Requirements
  • Matric
  • Relevant qualification will be beneficial
  • 1-3 years office administration experience
  • Basic financial skills eg. invoicing
  • Excellent customer liaison skills
  • Computer literate on MS Office
