- The bookkeeper’s purpose is to ensure that books and administration is compliant, to ensure outstanding governance. We strive to see all autistic people have full participation as equal members of society.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- practicing ethical and good governance.
- maintaining fiscal discipline in all financial and operational decisions.
- actively market the organisation and seek funds from a variety of sources.
- carry out timely risk management and.
- actively plan for succession of senior and other staff members.
- Bookkeeping and Financial Reporting.
- Bank Balance reporting.
- Payments made and received.
- Human Resources.
- Training/Seminar/Workshop Administration.
- Merchandise Sales.
- Staff Salary Payroll.
- IDT Salary Payroll (When applicable).
- Bulk emails.
- Fundraising Assistance.
- Email requests and correspondence.
Minimum level of Education:
- Matric.
- Bookkeeping course – Minimum – QFT Level 3.
Requirements
- Required QuickBooks.
- Advantageous 2 years’ experience in QuickBooks.
- Short courses in autism related topics.
- Experience in Microsoft Office.
