An engineering Company based in Killarney Gardens, is looking for a Personal Assistant to the Accounts Manager. The post will suit a well organised and energetic individual, in the age range of 25 – 35. You will be reporting to the Accounts & HR Manager as well as assist the company director with administration and day to day tasks. You must be able to take instructions well, and be able to work on your own, as well as liaise with all staff. The candidate must reside in the Table View or surrounding area. You must be available immediately.

Location: Killarney, Gauteng

Requirements:
3-5 years’ Experience in Office administration is a requirement as well as strong computer & internet knowledge

Duties and responsibilites:

  • Creditors – processing & reconciliation (Sage pastel)
  • Petty Cash
  • Cashbooks & Journals
  • Groceries & stationary
  • Groceries & stationary
  • Consumables, Promo goods & Uniforms
  • Contracts (Account applications, employment, health and safety etc.)
  • Assisting with Payroll administration of +- 20 staff
  • HR & staff related administration
  • Company administration
  • Workman’s Compensation & Health and Safety
  • Knowledge of Vat, UIF & PAYE & Ufiling is a great advantage
