Job Description:

The Bank Better Champion is responsible for welcoming clients and coordinating the branch flow through efficient queue functioning. They provide excellent client service, assist clients at the ATM, and complete transactions on any remote or self-service channels. The role also involves gaining the knowledge, skills, and experience required for service consulting.

Requirements:

– Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
– Clear criminal and credit record
– Must have fingerprints which are detectable/recognizable on Capitec Bank’s internal electronic banking system

Skills:

– Communications Skills
– Computer Literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
– Interpersonal & Relationship management Skills
