  • The Assistant Activities Coordinator will assist in running AISJ’s Activities programs and shall assume the general responsibility for development, organization, and implementation of a high-quality events coordination activities (sports tournaments, performing arts showcases, model united nations, and other student co-curricular programs).

Requirements

  • Matric Certificate
  • Tertiary qualification in Sports Management/Travel and Tourism, Events Management, or field that speaks to similar sets of skills
  • Valid Passport and under
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in sports events coordination or similar field
  • Previous experience in the international or private school settings
  • Ability to handle intense administrative duties linked to events coordination
  • Previous experience in organizing large multinational events
  • Coordinating school or sports events will be an added advantage
  • Experience in using scheduling software system
  • Experience in event management
