- The Assistant Activities Coordinator will assist in running AISJ’s Activities programs and shall assume the general responsibility for development, organization, and implementation of a high-quality events coordination activities (sports tournaments, performing arts showcases, model united nations, and other student co-curricular programs).
Requirements
- Matric Certificate
- Tertiary qualification in Sports Management/Travel and Tourism, Events Management, or field that speaks to similar sets of skills
- Valid Passport and under
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in sports events coordination or similar field
- Previous experience in the international or private school settings
- Ability to handle intense administrative duties linked to events coordination
- Previous experience in organizing large multinational events
- Coordinating school or sports events will be an added advantage
- Experience in using scheduling software system
- Experience in event management
