- Afritrek Logistics was started in 2008 by Basil Dardagan and Chris Jones, combined, who after a decade decided to follow a dream and start their own business. Although the beginning was a humble one comprising of just two bakkies and themselves as the drivers, the business has grown from strength to strength since then.
- We require a young, dynamic, well-presented Sales Assistant who is eager to learn about the transport industry. Afritrek Logistics provides a nation wide break bulk transport service.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Providing Quotes (Internal/COD/Client)
- Assisting Sales Reps with Costings
- Assisting Accounts with Costings
- Bookiing of Collectiions
- Printing of Waybills / Labels
- Liaising with Sales Reps and Management regarding rates
- Sales Administration
Requirements
- Experience in sales admin.
- Experience in quotes.
- Understanding of sales process.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Able to work comfortable in a fast paced environment.
