Duties and Responsibilities
- Compiling Time & Attendance registers and signatures for the finance department
- Co-ordinate replacement & changes of students for the finance department
- Provide clients with feedback pertaining their students for client payroll
- Oversee and assist with payroll queries
- Administrate, facilitate and manage the recruitment process for the recruitment of quality learners
- Co-ordinate replacement of students
- Oversee the recruiters to ensure objectives are met
- Quality check all applicant documentation before sending to the client
- Implement Psychometric testing with all applicants
- Ensure the tracker is maintained and up to date
- Compile learner packs
- Ensure client folders are up to date and that all relevant documents are uploaded
- Co-ordinate verification packs to ensure all documents are available and correct
- Compiling of invoices
- Administrate, facilitate and manage the recruitment process for the recruitment of quality candidates
- Compile calculations
- Managing of YES Payroll
- Managing of YES Portal
- Co-ordination of YES Phones
- Compile YES document packs
- Co-ordinate replacement of candidates
- Managing, administrate and oversee YES candidates
- Co-ordinate and oversee absorption of candidates
- Print and compile learner packs
- Co-ordinate shipping of documents
- Oversee replacement of learners and co-ordinate printing and shipping of required documents
- Registration of learners on LMS system
- Registration of learners on LMIS system
- Provide documents for DG to SDF
- Follow up on tranche payments for learners pertaining to DG
- Compile document packs
- Compiling of schedules
- Managing DG’s
- Managing of queries and issues that arise
- Co-ordinate and compiling of registers and reports
- Identify, analyze and resolve learner issues
- Co-ordinate, compile and oversee attendance registers
- Co-ordinate, compile and oversee replacements
- Liaise with clients to fully understand the implementation and progress of skills development interventions required by the client
- Liaise with clients frequently to discuss the progress and any issues with the implementation of skills development interventions
- Management and collection of all Portfolios of evidence for assessment and verification purposes
- Management of learner certifications
