Duties and Responsibilities

  • Petty Cash.
  • Staff Clocking.
  • Office maintenance and IT Liaison – contacting contractors and making sure office is in top shape.
  • Assist with social media giveaways administration and contacting of winners.
  • General Social Media Administration.
  • Point of contact between business in-house shipping warehouse.
  • Liaising with staff and suppliers for stationery.
  • Purchasing of office grocery supplies.
  • General ad hoc tasks when assistance is needed.


  • Grade 12
  • Friendly personality with a can-do attitude.
  • Strong admin skills.
  • Telephone etiquette.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Willing to assist.
