Administrator (Admin and Logistics) | SGS Vacancies

This position is for our Geochemistry Laboratory. The incumbent will be responsible to assist the Senior Administrator with administrative functions in the Admin / Logistics Department.
Job Description
– E-mailing of results
– Compiling daily reporting/invoicing reports
– Assist Senior Administrator – reporting with general administrative tasks (filing, copying, faxing and creating customized reporting templates, creating tests reports )
– Assist Senior Administrator – maintaining a current status of outstanding work as well as following up with the lab regarding expected reporting date
– Assist Senior Administrator – invoicing, sending out invoicing, age analysis
– Assist Senior Administrator with posting and/or couriering of reports
– Record daily trips for drivers and assist with recording keeping of Geochem fleet
– Maintain a clean working environment
– Complies with health and safety regulations
– Keep relevant communications confidential
– Complies and conforms to the laboratory quality management system (ISO17025 and SANAS)
– Adhere to all quality and safety requirements of the SGS management system.
– Perform any other reasonable tasks as assigned by direct line manager
Qualifications
– Minimum Grade 12
