Mascor is currently looking for an Administrative Assistant to maintain all administration in the workshop.
Duties
Warranties
a. Submit claims within franchise requirements.
b. Keep daily/monthly work in progress within set parameters.
c. Maintain up to date and accurate warranty claims register.
d. Check and confirm warranty parts are tagged and stored correctly.
e. Maintain storage and disposal of replaced parts after audit.
f. Follow up on all returned, rejected and unpaid warranty claims.
g. Be responsible for overseas parts shipping.
h. Manager correspondence pertaining to warranty claims.
Administration
a. Open and close job cards
b. Formulate quotations
c. Prepare and process invoices
d. Issue and request order number to and from suppliers and customers
e. All filing to be done neatly and correctly
f. Respond to enquiries timeously
g. Process and allocate supplier invoices, maintaining a register for supplier invoices.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Min: Grade 12
Ideal: Certificate in Office Administration
Experience:
3-5 years’ experience in Administration
Key Competencies
a. At least 3 years’ experience in Office administration (Workshop administration preferred)
b. Strong Computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
c. Time management and organizational skills.
d. Attention to detail.
e. Able to operate under pressure
