Duties & Responsibilities
Records and Document Management
– Ensure that records of all training conducted are captured and maintain.
– Update Excel master registers of all training that has been conducted to determine which ones that has taken place.
– Keep weekly statistics of all training conducted.
– Maintain the training register for all planned trainings in order to assist with the planning scheduling as well as prioritizing of trainings.
Office Administration
– Book venues for training of employees.
– Issue values training invitations to employees.
– Capture gifts declared in the appropriate Register.
– Capture approved attendance of service providers’ events in the appropriate Register.
– Capture Ethics advices given in the appropriate Register.
– Capture approved remunerative work applications in the appropriate Register.
– Consolidate all the training feedback and submit to Manager: Ethics for analysis and review.
– Participate in the planning of Ethics events.
Query Management
– Attend to queries/ enquiries relating to training records, statistics, registers, etc. from business units.
– Provide response on the enquiries relating to submissions of declaration of interests and ethics pledge.
Desired Experience & Qualification
– Matric or Grade 12 @ NQF Level 4 qualification
– Relevant 1 year experience in providing an administrative and operational support
– Experience in record management will be an added advantage.
