Description
Responsible for effective maintenance of the administrative functions of the branch.

Requirements
▪ Grade 12
▪ 1-year administration experience

Key Performance Areas
▪ Accurately capture month-end stock data.
▪ Compile a list of stock to be counted, coordinate, plan and organise weekly/monthly stock counting.
▪ Perform weekly/monthly stock reconciliations.
▪ Oversee stock movements/rotations.
▪ Perform reconciliation of raw material stock.
▪ Issue purchase orders and receipts, manage and control outstanding orders.
▪ Issue credit notes and complete credit note register.
▪ Responsible for petty cash and control cash sales Adifo vs SAP.
▪ Correct identified costing errors.
▪ Compile monthly reports and ensure that documents are filed correctly.
▪ Attend to and resolve debtor and creditor queries.
