Purpose of the job
Provide effective office administrative and support function to the designated Managers and teams in order to ensure the smooth running of the office, including handling of petty cash, travel arrangements, organization of staff functions and stationary. Take responsibility for the receiving and sending parcels remain professional in dealings with customers and employees. Relief and support cashier, creditors-, reconciling-, call centre- and value chain clerks in their duties. Adherence to all relevant sales and financial SOP’s.

Qualification Requirements
Matric qualification (essential)
Relevant financial Diploma (advantageous)
Experience Requirements
Minimum 3 -5 years admin, creditors, debtors experience
Computer literacy
FMCG experience advanteagous
