Requirements:
– Previous experience in a legal
environment (advantageous)
– Fully Bilingual (read, write and speak)
– Computer literate
– Have extensive experience as an
executive secretary in a corporate
environment.
– Be fully proficient in the full Microsoft
– General administrative duties
– Drafting of legal documents
– Liaise with external attorneys and internal
departments
– Assisting clients with queries
– Matric / Grade 12
– Degree/ diploma
– Office Suite (particularly Excel,
PowerPoint and Word)

Location: Boksburg, Gauteng
