Job Description:

The Admin Clerk will be responsible for processing and filing documents for customers in accordance with company procedures. They will also handle finance administrative functions as instructed by their superior.

Requirements:

– Matric level of education
– 1-2 years of experience in a related field (warehouse experience is an added advantage)
– Good accounting and administration skills with attention to detail
– Customer service experience
– Exposure to ISO and OHSAS systems
– WMS experience advantageous (CW1, ISC)
– Knowledge of hazardous chemicals and environments

Duties and Responsibilities:

– Planning and organizing receipts, ensuring all relevant documentation is received and filed
– Creating receipts on the system and forwarding documentation to clients
– Ensuring all documents are received and correct for dispatching cargo
– Capturing information into the system for dispatching cargo
– Compiling documents for dispatch and checking physical stock against delivery notes
– Updating billing daily
– Maintaining and updating stock reports, investigating variances, and reconciling figures
– Conducting stock counts regularly
– Updating the warehouse management system with bin transfers
