ADMIN ASSISTANT : SINAKHO STAFFSHOP (PTY) LTD

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
  • Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
  • Maintains security and telecommunications system.
  • Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries.
  • Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
  • Maintains security by following procedures, and monitoring the logbook.
  • Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Capturing Visitors on the system.
  • Access the safety deposit box.
  • Present biometrics and allow them in.
  • Capturing new customers and documents.

Requirements

  • Matric.
  • 3-4 years’ experience
  • Financial acumen.
  • Fluent in Afrikaans and English.
  • Be well presentable (Will be the Face of the company).
