Admin Assistant : Anova Health Institute NPC

Job Description

  • We are looking for an Admin Assistant to help facilitate and organize our documents or files in an appropriate manner for easy access and retrieval.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming or outgoing calls and take messages.
  • Ability to work with diverse communities and key populations such as MSM and Transgender communities.
  • File and pull documents as and when required.
  • Help with the receiving and dispatching of courier for the office.
  • Capture or record information into the computer.
  • Prepare documents of outreach activities on a regular basis.
  • Manage the daily attendance register for staff.
  • Capture outreach team leave on ESS and submit their time sheets on a monthly basis.
  • Prepare finance petty cash reconciliations.
  • Assist with other adhoc admin support.


  • A minimum of Grade 12.
  • Computer Literate.
  • Time management skills.
  • Previously worked with DoH (Depart of Health) data capturing systems.
  • HIV counselling certificate will be an added advantage.
  • At least 1 year experience in data capturing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
